Adrien Papaioannou

Adrien has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing quantitative software solutions. He combines a strong quantitative, finance, and programming background to deliver data science solutions focusing primarily on Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

Prior to founding Tenokonda, Adrien worked as a senior quantitative analyst in major banks and software houses including Algorithmics Inc (now SS&C Algorithmics) and Calyon. He holds two master's degrees, one in Probability And Statistics from the University of Paris IX, and one in Mathematical Finance from the University of Paris I.

Cedric Fraces

Cedric is a reservoir engineer with over 14 years of experience in the energy industry working as a consultant, field engineer, production engineer and data scientist. He has a proven record of designing industrial artificial intelligence solutions for international E&P companies (Chevron, TOTAL, Conoco Philips, CNPC, PEMEX, KOC, Ecopetrol).

Cedric has worked on major oilfields in the US, Canada, China, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia and been involved in executive decisions concerning the development and management of corresponding assets. Cedric holds a master's degree in Energy Resources Engineering from Stanford University and is currently a PhD candidate in Energy Resources Engineering at Stanford.

Denis Papaioannou

Denis is a quantitative analyst with over 12 years of experience working for major financial institutions and software companies, including HSBC, IBM, and London Stock Exchange. He has a strong track record of building quantitative libraries, software solutions and leading R&D projects. He has developed and deployed portfolio optimization solutions, stochastic simulation engines, and financial instruments pricing libraries as well as curve/surface calibration frameworks.

Denis founded mathlayer® programming language, the first scientific programming language embeddable by design to accelerate the development and deployment of quantitative solutions. He holds three master's degrees: Statistics and Economics from ENSAE, Stochastic Calculus and Probabilities from Paris VII, and Mathematical Engineering from ENSMN.

Yaacov Mutnikas

Yaacov Mutnikas is currently an adjunct professor of Computer Science at UCL. He was previously the chief technology officer and chief data scientist at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He and his team drove the vision and roadmap for technology strategy across all product lines. He was also responsible for the firm's data scientists who are focused on how we can combine our leading data sets with advanced analytics to deliver innovative solutions to customers. Mr. Mutnikas brings more than thirty years of experience from previous roles as senior advisor to the Bank of England, head of risk architecture at the FSA, head of business architecture at Bridgewater and CTO at Algorithmics.

He holds both the Master of Science in philosophy of science from Kings College London and Master of Science in finance and investment banking from Reading University, United Kingdom.
